A Professional banker with over 38 years of experience.  Retired in November 2022 from  IDBI Bank Ltd. as Chief General Manager at Corporate Centre Mumbai, holding a portfolio of over Rs. 70,000 crores of Retail Personal Loans. . She is a seasoned finance professional with rich experience in managing  the entire Structured Retail Assets (SRA), Finance Business (Retail Corporate) in the areas of:-
Business Strategies:-
1) Sales channel, Product Development.
2) Credit Policies and Compliance with RBI norms.
3) NPA Management & Internal Controls.
4) Major responsibilities handled include:-
* Regional Head of Mid Corporate Banking in Mumbai.
* Zonal Head of Bhubaneswar Zone in the States of Odisha, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.

Has about 37 years of experience in the Field and Administration in various functional segments of Banking. Had set up the first Retail Banking Centralized Processing Centre of the Bank. Headed Credit Intensive Branches and Credit Departments at Zonal / Head Office level. Set up and headed the Credit Monitoring Department at Head Office. At the time of retirement, he headed the Training System of the Bank which was awarded the prestigious "Golden Peacock Award for Training" by the Institute of Directors, London.

Has over 37 years' experience of working in branches as well as Zonal Offices and Head Office of the Bank. Headed Credit Department in the largest Credit Intensive branch and also headed a large Personal Banking branch. Headed Marketing Department at Head Office. Designed and developed systems, procedures and policies for the Credit Card business and launched the Bank's Credit Card. Introduced new Deposit and Insurance products. Handled Audit / Inspection and Vigilance functions in various capacities.

Has over 38 years' rich experience in various areas of banking operations. This includes 22 years as Branch Manager of various branches including the Bank's prestigious Corporate branches in Mumbai. Headed Retail Banking Centralised Processing Centre. At the Corporate office, headed Risk Management Department, Technology Management Department, O&M Department, New Initiative Department and Credit Card Department. Was Bank's Nodal Officer for Customer Service. Headed Zonal Inspection Centre, Chennai. At the time of retirement, he was Zonal Manager of Gujarat state.

Having over 34 years' experience in IT: IT related Training, Education, Research, Consultancy and Software Development. Served at Fergusson College ,National Institute of Bank Management, Pune. Gave consultancy services to Reserve Bank of India, Commercial Banks and Insurance Organizations.Member of Data Science Board of Studies for top-grade academic institutions. As Head of IT Dept at National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune conducts corporate training for working professionals on application of R, Python, Julia for Data Science and Big Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence in Insurance & Financial Services.

An IT Professional with 20+ years of experience in Information Technology and IS/IT Audits; Worked over a decade at BMC Software, Pune, a product based company having its Headquarters in Houston, USA. Has rich experience in conducting ISO27001, ISO9001 and system Audits across different organizations, Banks and Mutual fund companies. His Strengths include IT Consulting, Project, Product & Program Management, Quality Assurance. He has also founded a music company "Rhythmofy" (www.rhythmofy.com) in 2017, which provides a platform for music artists and learners of all age groups across the globe to pursue their passion for music.

Qualifications

Gina completed a Certificate IV in Superannuation through the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) in 2012.

Background

Gina has worked for Annuity Strategic for over 10 years in several different roles. Gina's best strengths in relationships and an exceptional attention to detail are being utilised in her current role as the Client Services Manager. She enjoys the practical aspects of maintaining the long-term relationships with our investment and super clients through their everyday transactional requests, preparing forms and documents and making investments.

Education

Lina holds a Bachelor of Business degree, and has completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. She is currently completing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® program.
